The nose offers a whiff of herbs, sweet pepper and juniper with a light sweet florality. On the palate, the cucumber and herbs of Gin du Jardin assert their presence then give way to elderflower and orange before the bittersweet finish of the house tonic.

The nose is sweet and lets in notes of coffee and toasted almonds. On the palate, the presence of coffee is assertive and strong, almost intoxicating, and settles gently on the finish on the roundness and cherry of the NOA amaretto.
